Christine Low, Ph.D.
Christine M. Low is a licensed, clinical psychologist with Bradley Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior and the Department of Pediatrics at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Low’s clinical service and research interests are in the areas of parent-child relationships and family functioning; developmental psychopathology; early childhood mental health; development of children and families in risk contexts; and the development, delivery and evaluation of early childhood, community-based mental health and child care health consultation services.
Dr. Low supervises the clinical work and training of early childhood mental health consultants (psychology, social work) and child care health consultants (nursing) and the training of psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows in the Brown University Clinical Psychology Training Consortium.
She has worked for the past 10 years in Rhode Island with young children and their families, and many associated community partners, through Bradley Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
